Hi Robin,
I just got back from Social Media Congres in the Netherlands where I presented a keynote on business blogging. I thought as you were interested in Authority Blogging you might like to see the expanded version of my slides.

The conference was full of companies such as Vodaphone who are moving more and more into "social media" and blogs as a way of reaching and understanding their customers online. Large corporates are finding it challenging reconciling the "big business" approaches with the personal, two-way, one to one connections.
These are interesting times to be in business, especially for solo professionals and small businesses, but I think from what I have seen in this case the little folks have the edge.
