Hello Robin Malau, Life doesn’t always play out as we’d like. As we mentioned in our last newsletter, the Smashing Book has already been printed, packaged and addressed, and only needs to reach our warehouse so that we can send it out immediately. Unfortunately, we have to rely on third parties to get it here (because we don’t happen to own our very own container ship). In this case, we have been let down. Much to our dismay and without prior warning, our shipping company decided to temporarily shut down its cargo ship midway, because it thought it was underemployed (perhaps the ship joined the "ghost fleet" near Singapore). The additional delay was caused by having to transfer the books to another ship to continue delivery. Despite our best intentions, some deadlines cannot be met. The books will not be shipped as announced on November 23rd, but on December 5th. Thanks again for your patience, trust and support. We'll do our best to make it up to you, folks.
